Practical info
Our campsite measures almost 4 hectares and has a total of 103 pitches. On our site you will find 64 rentals and 39 camping pitches (quantities may change without notice).
Our campsite is adapted for people with reduced mobility. However, its rugged relief is due to the terraced layout typical of the Ardèche region.
Our reception team speaks French and English.
Dogs are welcome under certain conditions:
– categories 1 and 2 prohibited,
– passport required and up-to-date health record with rabies vaccination
– pet supplement of €4 per night
– dogs under their owner’s responsibility throughout the stay
– dog waste must be collected

Opening hours for campsite and services
Our campsite is open fromApril to September inclusive. During this period, you’ll enjoy all on-site services: reception, sanitary facilities, children’s play area, restaurant, barbecues, bed linen and towels, bread deposit. The heated swimming pool with children’s paddling pool is available from early May to mid-September.
Reception is open throughout the season at the following times (for information only, subject to change):
- 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm in April, May, June, September and October,
- 8.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 8pm in July and August.
If you plan to arrive after reception closes, please let us know your estimated time of arrival. This will enable us to prepare for your arrival outside normal opening hours and provide you, by e-mail or telephone, with all the information you need for easy access: instructions for collecting your key, access code, site map and timetables for the various services.
Here are our arrival/departure times for your camping holiday in Ardèche Buissonnière :
- rental stay : arrival after 4 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m.
- Bare pitch stay: after 12 noon and departure before 12 noon

Security and bonding
At Mas de Champel, the peace and quiet of our guests is one of our top priorities. Vehicles are not allowed inside the campsite from 11pm to 7.30am . You will be given an entry and exit badge or code on arrival to enter or leave the campsite during the day, between 7.30am and 11pm.
On arrival, a deposit of €300 for a rental stay (per unit rented) and €100 for a stay on a premium freecamp pitch (per unit rented) will be required (credit card imprint or cheque), regardless of the length of your stay.
For short stays on pitches (without pre-booking), we require payment for the first night of your stay. Find all the information you need on our services page.
On your departure, our team will carry out a complete check of your rental. In order to organize your departure in the best possible way, we invite you to register in advance for the end-of-stay inventory of fixtures. Please note that we do not carry out an inventory of fixtures on arrival, as our cleaning teams ensure that your property is thoroughly cleaned and checked before you arrive.
